That the Executive Director of the Office of Strategic Planning and Community Development (Transportation and Infrastructure) explain to the Traffic and Parking Committee why strategically-placed temporary speed bumps would not be more effective in calming traffic in neighborhoods around the bridge closures than the plastic flex posts, many of which were down and out-of-service within a day or two.
