To the Honorable City Council:

The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council approve the use of available funds in the City Clerk Salaries account (0116151-511000) in the amount of $1,913.40 to reclassify the Boards and Commissions Administrative Assistant position to a Legislative Services Manager position. The Legislative Services Manager position will be classified at Grade/Step NU 9-5 at a weekly salary of $1,561.20. The amount requested covers the difference between that and the current Boards and Commissions Administrative Assistant weekly salary of $1,082.85 (Grade/Step NU 12-7) for the period June 3, 2024-June 30, 2024.
