That the Board of Aldermen hereby sponsors Outside Counsel Darren Klein, Esq, to advise the Board with respect to the Open Meeting Law complaint of Michael Kiely against the Board, stating that the Board may convene in Executive Session pursuant to M.G.L. Ch. 30A, Section 21(a)(1) to discuss the open meeting law complaint and/or pursuant to M.G.L. Ch. 30A, Section 21(a)(3) to discuss strategy with respect to litigation if the chair declares that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the litigation position of the City.
