To the Honorable Board:

I am a Somerville Davis Sq resident writing in support of the inclusionary zoning proposal.

We are in the middle of an affordable housing crisis, and need to take action to make sure our diverse social-economic make up stays that way. Our built housing stock since 2010 has already had a higher affordable housing rate than the 20% in this proposal. I have many friends that are on the cusp of moving out due to the soaring housing costs. This proposal can keep Somerville diverse and affordable. I urge you to pass it.
