To the Honorable Board:

I respectfully request that your Honorable Board vote the following order:

" Be it ordered, that the City of Somerville accepts the provisions of Chapter 44, Section 53F1/2 of the Massachusetts General Laws establishing the Veterans Memorial Ice Skating Rink Enterprise Fund for the purpose of maintaining and operating the Veterans Memorial Ice Skating Rink and an outdoor ice skating rink adjacent to the facility, July 1, 2011".
