To the Honorable City Council:

I respectfully request that your Honorable City Council accept the Federal Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (the "CARES Act") grant of $7,191,135 from the Federal Government distributed by the State of Massachusetts, under the provisions of MGL Chapter 44, Section 53A.
