That the Executive Director of the Office of Strategic Planning and Community Development (Transportation and Infrastructure) develop a physical traffic calming infrastructure on Morrison Avenue, between Cedar Street and Willow Avenue, and have it in place before the Broadway/Ball Square Bridge closure begins in January 2019.
