To the Honorable Board:

I hereby request, subject to the approval of your Honorable Board, an appropriation in the amount of $250,000.00 for the purchase of two Hybrid DPW Refuse Trucks and authorization for the City Treasurer, with the approval of the Mayor to borrow $250,000.00 to meet said appropriation.

To meet said appropriation, the Treasurer will be authorized to borrow $250,000.00 as provided by M.G.L. Chapter 44.
