To the Honorable City Council:

I respectfully request that your Honorable City Council accept a grant of $250,000 ($125,000 FY22 and $125,000 FY23) from Mass DPH to Health and Human Services, under the provisions of MGL Chapter 44, Section 53A. This grant does not require the commitment of new matching funds. The purpose of this grant is to pay for youth staff, program supplies and program evaluation for a 4 community collaborative including Somerville, Arlington, Everett and Lexington.
