To the Honorable Board:

I respectfully request that your Honorable Board vote to create the Boynton Yards Stabilization Fund and accept an initial payment of $60,000 for the Fund, under the provisions of MGL 40, Section 5B. This Fund will be used for engineering, planning, legal, and other costs related to the revitalization and redevelopment of  the Boynton Yards district.

My staff will be available to answer any questions you may have. Thank you for your consideration of this matter.
