That the Commissioner of Public Works repair the broken light in Junction Park. (2nd request)

RESOLUTION                                           This has been repaired.

 

ORDER                                                                13.                      Order

That the Commissioner of Public Works repair the light on the short black lamppost in front of Albion Park, that is making a loud buzzing noise and disturbing neighbors.

RESOLUTION                                          This has been replaced.

That the Commissioner of Public Works share the policy for removing items that are blocking sidewalks.

RESOLUTION                     Depending on the situation, this is a violation and a ticket for $300.00 is issued to the property owner. The debris/obstruction is picked up by the Sanitation contractor in most cases.

That the Commissioner of Public Works report on the feasibility of extending yard waste pickup later in the season.

RESOLUTION                     This is a weather dependent function because of freezing temperatures and possible snow fall. DPW will review cut-off and determine if it can be stretched a little further in the season.
