To the Honorable City Council:

 

The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council approve the attached Lease Agreement between UniFirst Corporation, owner of 50 Tufts Street, and the City of Somerville.  The lease will be used by the City to undertake its Complete Street Improvement Plan on Tufts Street.

 

Appropriate staff will be available to answer any questions you may have. Thank you for your consideration of this matter.
