To the Honorable Board:

I respectfully request an appropriation of $220,000 from the Unreserved Fund Balance ["Free Cash"] Account to the Traffic Safety Stabilization Fund for the purpose of implementing a Traffic Mitigation/Improvement Plan  per the Development Covenant between the City of Somerville and 56 Clyde Street Acquisition, LLC and 61 Clyde Street Acquisition, LLC.
