That a member of the Administration appear before this Board of Aldermen on October 22, 2015 to explain the rationale around the working group scheduling of meetings from 1:00 - 8:00 PM for the public benefits process for Union Square in November and January.  An early afternoon start may be inconvenient for many citizens and officials.  (see the email from Daniel Demaina sent to all BOA members and the accompanying news release.)
