To the Honorable City Council:
Pursuant to Section 103, Chapter 32 of the MA General Laws, the Somerville Retirement Board will be discussing and holding a vote during its regular May 21, 2026 Board meeting regarding the Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA) for 2026 for eligible retirees of the Somerville Retirement System.
Section 103(i) requires notification to the legislative body at least 30 days before such election.
