Somerville Mayor and Board of Aldermen

Frank Mendoça

President of the Portuguese American Civic League, for his

Distinguished service as President of the League since 2002. Frank’s dynamic leadership has re-energized the League, which has been a pillar of the Somerville community for 85 years.
