To the Honorable Board of Aldermen:
As you honorable Board is aware, for the past year City staff, representatives of Ward and At-Large Aldermen, and many community members have been actively working on a city-wide Comprehensive Plan known as "SomerVision". Considerable progress has been made including the preparation of several Trends Reports, a world cafe visioning process, and the preparation of draft goal statements.
OSPCD has prepared the attached report to provide the Board with up to date information on activities and accomplishments to date and is seeking the Board's comments on the draft Vision and Goal statements.
