To the Honorable City Council:
I respectfully request that this Honorable City Council consider and approve:
1) the conveyance of a parcel of land containing Leonard Grimes Park from 31 Tufts Street LLC to the City, said parcel known as Lot 2 on Plan 302 of 2022 as further described in the conveyance and easement document; and
2) the grant of an easement from the City to 31 Tufts Street LLC for performing maintenance obligations for the Leonard Grimes Park as further described in the easement document and the Landscape Management and Maintenance Plan incorporated in the conveyance and easement document.
Appropriate staff will be available to answer any questions you may have. Thank you for your consideration of this matter.
