To the Honorable City Council:

I respectfully submit, subject to the approval of your Honorable Council, an appropriation in the amount of $539,801 to fund the Fiscal Year 2023 Kennedy School Pool Enterprise Fund Budget.

A General Fund Subsidy of $268,346, $80,000 in Program Fees, and $191,455 in Retained Earnings will be raised to fund the proposed budget.
