To the Honorable Board of Aldermen,

I respectfully request your approval for an appropriation in the amount of $12,824,947  to fund the FY2017 Water Enterprise Fund Budget.  The appropriation order attached is broken down into Personal Services, Ordinary Maintenance, Capital, Debt Service, and Special Items.

Sufficient revenues shall be raised from water charges to meet said appropriation in addition to an estimated $631,696 in indirect costs funded in the General Fund.
