That this City Council appoints the following individuals to the Wage Theft Advisory Committee:
Rodrigo Badaro, IUPAT
Bea Gomez-Mouakad, Padres Latinos
Marianne Walles, SEIU L509;
Martin Sanchez, Carpenters;
Yesenia Alfaro, UFCW L1445;
Marcy Goldstein-Gelb, Somerville Stands Together
Pursuant to the Code of Ordinance, Section 9-35 (2) Initial appointments to the committee, except for the city council president and the mayor or their designees, shall be staggered, with three members appointed for a term of one year, two members appointed for a term of two years, and two members appointed for a term of three years.
