To the Honorable City Council:
The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council accept an open space access easement from BRE-BMR ASSEMBLY INNOVATION I LLC, and BRE-BMR MIDDLESEX LLC (each to the extent of their ownership) for the public to gather, pass and repass from 8am to 10pm, or as otherwise set forth in City Ordinance, Chapter 12, Article III, Section 12-48 and for such other activities as may approved by applicable City permits as described in the easement document. Please note, this submission is intended to replace item #24-1375. Signage, as displayed on page 11 of exhibit C, will reflect hours of public use as described in the easement document.
