The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council approve entering into a contractual agreement with Foley Hoag LLP, as outside legal counsel, to represent the Somerville Redevelopment Authority in the appeal of the Superior Court judgment for the 90 Washington St. property at Cobble Hill.
