That the Commissioner of Public Works and/or the Director of Traffic and Parking install a second crosswalk on the northeast side of the intersection of College Avenue with Kidder Avenue and Summit Street and install additional pedestrian safety measures, up to and including an overhead Pedestrian Hybrid Beacon and bump outs on College Avenue.
