To the Honorable City Council:
I hereby submit for your Honorable City Council's consideration an amendment to the Rules of the City Council, as adopted on December 11, 2025. The amendment states the 12 month waiting period for subsequent group petitions on the same issue, established in section 2-11 of the City Charter.
Appropriate staff will be available to answer any questions you may have.
