I am writing to voice my confusion as to why the Nunziato OLRA park has been locked. On four seperate days I have dropped my daughter off at school and then headed down to the park only to find it locked well after 8 o'clock.
I feel that this policy of locking the park isn't really working well. I assume there were some issue which brought it about but I would appreciate a solution that didn't penalize responsible dog owners.
