That the Commissioner of Public Works deploy a shoveling crew after major snowstorms (eight inches or more) to shovel out sidewalks of elderly and disabled residents that get buried by city snowplows, and that the Director of Health and Human Services (Council on Aging) and the Director of Communications work together to register seniors and people with disabilities so that they can contact Constituent Services (311) to get their sidewalks re-shoveled after they have been buried by snowplows.
