To the Honorable Board:

I hereby appoint, subject to the confirmation of your Honorable Board, Alan Bingham, 30 Day Street, to the Somerville Historic Preservation Commission (SHPC). 

Please find attached a communication from the Office of Strategic Planning and Community Development, recommending Mr. Bingham as a Historic Preservation Commissioner, as well as a copy of his resume and Application for SHPC Membership.

My staff will be available to answer any questions you may have.
