That the Executive Director of the Office of Strategic Planning and Community Development (Transportation and Infrastructure) cut down the two tiny dead trees in the median strip on Broadway near Hinckley Street, and consider planting sea grass there, which would thrive, be attractive, and need little maintenance in that harsh, salt-filled location.
