To the Honorable Board:

I hereby appoint, subject to Your Honorable Board's approval, Mr. Joey Buizon who resides at 85 Concord Avenue, #1,  to the City of Somerville's Persons with Disabilities Commission.

Please find attached a letter by the City of Somerville's ADA Coordinator, Carlene Campbell, recommending Mr. Joey Buizon.

My staff will be available to answer any questions regarding this issue.
