That the City of Somerville negotiate in good faith to resell all city owned property East of the 90 Washington Street shopping plaza, including green space and the parking lot, to Cocharain Jennison, in order to protect existing green space and enable the city to move forward with developing 90 Washington Street with minimal disruption to Cobble Hill residents.
