That this City Council hereby suspends Rule 2 of the Rules of the City Council for 2019 only, to instruct the City Clerk to schedule the Annual Caucus of the 2020 City Council at 6:30 PM on Thursday, November 14, 2019, and not on the Tuesday preceding Thanksgiving.

Amended

That the Rules of this Council are suspended so that the Caucus of the 2020 City Council can meet at 6:30 PM on Thursday, November 14, 2019.
