The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council appropriate $137,288 from the Unreserved Fund Balance ("Free Cash") to the Information Technology (IT) Department Professional & Technical Account 0115552-530000, for the purpose of an independent assessment of our security and network infrastructure as well as an organizational review of all IT groups within the city.
