The Mayor respectfully conveys to this Council the appointment of Barry Rafkind to the Ranked Choice Voting Committee.
Barry Rafkind will fill one of two seats designated for a resident appointed by the Mayor, pursuant to Section 8(f) of the City Charter.
Appropriate staff will be available to answer any questions you may have.
