To the Honorable City Council:

The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council appropriate $60,155 from the Community Preservation Act Undesignated Fund Balance to increase the budget for the restoration of 181 Broadway for which the City previously committed CPA funds in FY21. The appropriation will be allocated to the Historic Preservation CPA category. CASCAP is the designated recipient.

Details of this request are available in the attached funding recommendation from the Community Preservation Committee.
