That the Commissioner of Public Works and the Director of the Office of Sustainability and Environment discuss the American Medical Association (attached) 2016 report findings on LED lighting, and inform the Special Committee of OSEE which elements of the guidelines could be and/or have been used to minimize potential harmful human health and environmental effects.
