To the Honorable City Council:

Pursuant to Section 2-121 of the Somerville Code of Ordinances, I hereby request your approval to retain the firm Greenberg Traurig, One International Place, Suite 2000, Boston, MA 02110, as outside legal counsel, with James D. Masterman, Esq., as the attorney of record, to take part in representing the City of Somerville in the matter of AMLEG LLC v. City of Somerville, Middlesex Superior Court No. 2281CV01711.
