To the Honorable Board of Aldermen:

I respectfully request that your Honorable Board move to appropriate $77,000 from the Capital Stabilization Fund to complete the second phase of site analysis/design and cost estimates, construction documents, bid canvassing and construction observation for the construction of a seasonal ice rink at Lincoln Park and upgrade of the existing fields to turf playfields.
