To the Honorable Board:

I respectfully request an appropriation of $80,000 from Unreserved Fund Balance ("Free Cash")  to OSPCD - Economic Development, Special Items, for the purpose of a deposit on the purchase of the Holy Bible Baptist Church at 45 College Ave.
