The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council approve a time-only extension to contract #230334 for Symmes Maini & McKee Associates (SMMA) for Owners Project Manager Service for HVAC Capital Projects. The contract will be extended by 30 months with a new contract expiration date of 12/31/2028.
Appropriate staff will be available to answer any questions you may have. Thank you for your consideration of this item.
