To the Honorable Board:

OSPCD staff has analyzed the zoning ordinance regulations for the RA and RB zoning districts, and is providing recommendations for an improved regulatory structure. 

This report is timely, coming after the recent approval of the SomerVision Pan, as it allows the City to engage in a dialogue about the interaction between the neighborhood conservation goals of the Plan and the regulations in our zoning ordinance.

My staff and I look forward to further discussing this with the Board.
