Please find below information regarding how the $125,521 in the DPW Personal and Technical Services line was estimated for supplemental cleaning services:

$2,520 per month:  Central Library (7 days a week service)

$1,313 per month:  West Branch Library (5 days a week service)

$  789 per month:  East Branch Library (5 days a week service)

$  368 per month:  Sub Station (7 days a week service)

$7,562 per month:  Safety Building (7 days a week service)

$12,552 total per month ($150,624 annual)

$125,521 prorated over 10 months (September 1, 2012 - June 30, 2013)
