To the Honorable Board:

I respectfully request that your Honorable Board vote to create the 197 Washington St. Stabilization Fund and accept ($8,322), under the provisions of Massachusetts General Law Chapter 40, Section 5B. This mitigation payment will be used for striping and street improvements in accordance with PB decision 2014-01 condition #18.
