To the Honorable City Council:
I respectfully request an appropriation of $1,026,224 from the Salary Contingency, Salaries Account to the below specified accounts in the Police Department and Non-Contributory Pension in order to fund a new collective bargaining agreement between the City of Somerville and the Somerville Police Employees Association. This appropriation funds the period July 1, 2020 -April 24, 2021.
