That the Chairman of the Legislative Matters Committee work with the Administration to put out a press release advertising a public hearing for November 12, 2013 at 6:00 PM, regarding filling vacancies on the Board of Aldermen, (items 194675 & 194849), noting that the measure would necessitate making a change to the City Charter; AND BE IT FURTHER ORDERED That at least one week’s notice be provided to the public.
