To the Honorable Board:

 

I respectfully request an appropriation in the amount of seventy-five thousand two hundred eighty-five dollars ($75,285) from Receipts Reserved for Appropriation - Insurance Losses (Fund 3204) to Fund 5059-DPW Flood to pay the  change order for Carriglio Construction for the built-in cabinetry at the Capuano School related to the July 10, 2010 Flood.  The change order has been approved for reimbursement from the insurance company.
