That the Commissioner of Public Works secure the NO U TURN sign at Hathorn Street and Broadway, as its spinning creates a potential public safety incident; AND BE IT FURTHER ORDERED That all other NO U TURN signs along lower Broadway, from Cross Street to Mount Vernon Street, be inspected and secured to ensure their integrity.
