That the Director of Personnel establish, with regard to any future hirings for the Police and Fire Reserve List, a procedure so that a timely notification is sent to all persons whose names appear on Certifications from the Human Resources Department that hiring for permanent police and fire positions will be made from the Reserve List and inform this Board of such procedure.
