To the Honorable City Council:

Per the Community Preservation Committee’s recommendation, the Mayor respectfully requests that this Council reduce the borrowing authorization for the Kennedy Schoolyard Renovation Project by $400,000 from $2,000,000 to $1,600,000. The Public Space and Urban Forestry Division will be using available funds to supplement the project. Under authority of M.G.L. Chapter 44B, debt service for this project will be paid out of the Community Preservation Act fund. This item supersedes previous authorization, 26-0084.
