To the Honorable City Council:

The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council approve the transfer of $35,000 from the Police Department Personal Services Salaries Account (0121051-511000) to the Police Department Animal Control Personal Services Salaries Account (0129251-511000) to use lag funds keep the Animal Control Personal Services Salaries Account budget out of deficit. The Animal Control Personal Services Salaries Account was used to offset a shortfall in the overtime account caused by unplanned overtime incurred by one of the two team members being on an extended leave of absence.
